- ItemDampak Covid-19 terhadap perkembangan kegiatan pembelajaran(PPMKP, 2020-09) ARIFDARMA, Irfan; PPMKPCOVID-19 is a disease outbreak thought to have originated in China that is spreading rapidly throughout the world. COVID-19 spreads in Indonesia in February 2020. The spread of this virus has caused changes in both economic and social orders. In the field of education, COVID-19 affects also by drastically changing the learning model; all learning activities are carried out online. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that describes online learning activities at the Agricultural Management and Leadership Training Center (PPMKP). Data collection using interviews. Based on the results of interviews, learning activities in online mode at the Agricultural Management and Leadership Training Center (PPMKP) have been effective by taking advantage of innovations in digital information technology developments in the form of the Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Drive, Google Doc, Discor, Kahoot, Quizzis and Sli.do applications. . Obstacles in the implementation of online learning are the problem of internet connection that is not supportive and interactive for participants.
- ItemDiseminasi inovasi penyuluhan menggunakan media podcast(PPMKP, 2021-09) ARIFDARMA, Irfan; PPMKPThis research seeks to see the benefits and development of podcasts as a medium for disseminating digital-based innovations. Podcasts can be a source of innovative dissemination for extension workers. In particular, it supports the remote dissemination of information carried out by extension workers. Research on podcasting on BP2TP is limited, especially in Indonesia. For this reason, this research using a descriptive methodology seeks to contribute to the development and use of the podcast medium as a dissemination medium, by exploring podcast technology and understanding the adoption of podcasting technology. Through this research, it is hoped that the dissemination of innovation can encourage the use of podcasts, disseminate innovation information, create educational content and provide the necessary facilities for the realization of the dissemination of agricultural technology innovations.
- ItemEfektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis infografis terhadap tingkat pemahaman materi pada Peserta Pelatihan Dasar CPNS(PPMKP, 2022-03) ARIFDARMA, Irfan; PPMKPThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of infographics on the level of understanding of the material for the participants of Latsar CPNS class III class II of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2021 with the material of National Insight and the values of Defending the Negra. The form of this research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were Widyaiswara participants of the Class III CPNS Latsar Class II Ministry of Agriculture in 2021 at PPMKP, totaling 37 people. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research, namely research for changes made in the classroom to improve the quality of the learning process and the professionalism of the education staff. The type of research used in this research is experimental research. Experimental research is a way to find a causal relati onship between two factors that are deliberately caused by researchers by eliminating or reducing or setting aside other disturbing factors. The results of the test scores obtained from the infographic method are further compared with the test scores of the previous generation with the same subject matter. Then the data was analyzed using the variable testing method. Before the data is analyzed there must be tested for data analysis requirements, namely hypothesis testing using regression analysis. After hypothesis testing is completed, the data collected from the questionnaire is processed and applied to an interpretation scale according to scores to measure the effectiveness/strength of the infographic. Seen the increase in the results, the average value of the latsar participants who were selected as the first cycle class was 8.86. Meanwhile for the group of trainees who were selected as the second cycle, the pretest average was 10.27. From the t-test results obtained a significant difference in the average posttest value with tcount = 2.527 and ttable = 1.708 for a = 0.05 because tcount> ttable, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using infographic media based on the results of the hypothesis that has been done obtained data tcount is 2,780 while ttable is 1,708, the comparison shows that tcount > t table (2,780 > 1,708) which means Ha is accepted and there is an influence of infographic media on the learning outcomes of latsat participants with the material of National Insight and State Defense values.

With the utilization of technological developments and information very rapidly, namely the internet system in the field of education based on e-learning. Many learning strategies or methods aim to improve the quality of teaching and learning training for the better. One of them is providing an easy and efficient learning media. Google Drive learning media is one of the e-learning based learning media that can increase the teaching and learning process to become active and innovative with the use of the internet system. The various features provided on Google Drive have many uses, but in this study the focus is on utilizing Google Doc, a Google application that deals with text editing similar to MS Word. The use of this technology in education has great potential to improve the quality of learning and teaching. However, the use of Chat GPT technology in education also has challenges that need to be overcome. One of the main challenges is the concern that this technology can replace the role of teachers as a whole. Therefore, efforts need to be made to ensure that this technology is only used as a tool to assist teachers in providing better teaching. Apart from that, there are also challenges when it comes to the proper and ethical use of Chat GPT technology. Use of these technologies must be closely monitored to ensure that no inappropriate or unethical content is shown to students. In addition, it is also necessary to protect the privacy and data security of students who use this technology. Overall, the use of Chat GPT technology in education has great potential to improve the quality of teaching and learning. However, the challenges associated with the use of this technology also need to be addressed properly so that it can be used optimally and does not have a negative impact on the educational process.

It is the same with the ease with which a teacher can find design references in an online medium such as Youtube, Pinterest and Instagram. This study aims to determine the perception of the use of online media on the learning of making videos by Agricultural instructors. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with 40 participants who were training in Information and Communication Technology Batch 4 of 2020. The results of research and observations were carried out by 97.7% of the instructors who participated in filling out the questionnaire using social media or online media in looking for making references. Their videos, 1 to 7 times the instructor uses media other than Youtube, and Youtube is 57% more preferred than other online media. shows that almost all extension workers use Youtube to find references to design their videos so that most of their work is oriented towards trending designs according to the references they get in the online media.

For this reason, research using this descriptive methodology seeks to contribute to the development and use of podcasting as a medium in the field of education and training, by exploring podcast technology, best practices from educational podcastsineducation and understanding the adoption of podcasting technology through the diffusion of innovation theory approach.
