- ItemKualitas pelatihan melalui peningkatan mutu pembelajaran(PPMKP, 2021-09) PERMANA, Rizky; PPMKPThis study was aimed at finding out the problem and formulating the strategy to increase the learning process by describing the learning system which has been implemented and observing the internal and external aspects for formulating the strategy of learning system improvement. The study was a qualitative descriptive. The data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation (combined). The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive analysis, analysis of internal and external strategic SWOT, and the formulation of the strategy with SWOT matrix. The results showed that the existence of problems in the management of human resources, infrastructure, finance, and the effectiveness of the system of quality assurance unit. External strategic factors have more potential than internal strategic factors.

This article discusses the planning and making as well as the implementation of virtual module in digital technique basic learning. The research examined product validity and feasibility as a learning medium. Research procedure was conducted through development research, employing evaluative method. This article shows that the virtual module has an attractiveappearance, so that it is easy to understand and to apply. It is expected that the development of thisvirtual module will improve students’ mastery in basic digital technique.
- ItemPengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, penempatan pegawai dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja di Mediasi Motivasi(PPMKP, 2020-09) PERMANA, Rizky; PPMKPthis study were 106 employees of PPMKP CIAWI using proportional stratified random sampling method specification. Data analysis technique used is based on analysis Structural Equational Model (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Results of this study indicate that there is influence between leadership style, placement, and working environment on employee performance. From this research also obtained results that motivation significantly mediates the effects of leadership style, placement, and working environment on employee performance. Implications of the findings in this study are that the company continues to conduct response actions on the importance of leadership style, placement, and working environment on employee performance. Involving employees in making decisions will make employees feel as a part of the company and making a good style of leadership which employees needs. Always give an opportunity for employees to show potential, maintaining good relationships with fellow employees and superiors, , in order to create a good organizational atmosphere and encourage employees motivation.
- ItemPeningkatan Self Confidence dalam pembelajaran sebagai dampak penerapan Metode Flipped Classroom(PPMKP, 2020-09) PERMANA, Rizky; PPMKPSelf-confidence of Pelatihan Dasar CPNS participants at PPMKP Ciawi were still unsatisfactory. This research was conducted to determine whether there was a significant difference between self-confidence of students taught using flipped classroom and conventional learning model and to determine qualitative effect size of flipped classroom learning model toward student self-confidence. This research used quasi experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of XII Pelatihan Dasar CPNS class as the control group and XXVIII Pelatihan Dasar CPNS class as the experimental group selected by purposive sampling technique. Self-confidence questionnaire, observation sheet and interview guidelines were used to collect data. Based on final questionnaire indicating that there were a significant difference between self-confidence taught using flipped classroom and conventional learning model. Flipped classroom learning model gave more good effect toward self-confidence
- ItemPotensi Berwirausaha dan faktor pendukung dalam Program Penumbuhan Wirausaha Muda Pertanian di Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian (Polbangtan) Kementerian Pertanian(PPMKP, 2022-09) PERMANA, Rizky; PPMKPThe purpose of this study was to analyze skills training that has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial potential of students at the Vocational Training Center in Baki Sukoharjo; To analyze independence has a significant influence on the potential for entrepreneurship. Based on the results of the t test, the skills training variable has a significant effect on the potential for entrepreneurship or because t.sig (0.000) is less than 0.05 (), the skills training variable has a significant effect on the potential for entrepreneurship and the independent attitude variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial potential or because t.sig (0.008) is smaller than 0.05 () then the independent attitude variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial potential an d the F test results obtained Fcount > Ftable (26.492 > 4.08), then Ho is rejected meaning there is significant influence between skills training (X1) and independent attitude (X2) together on entrepreneurial potential (Y) or because F.sig (0.000) is less than 0.05 () then skills training (X1) , and independent attitude (X2) simultaneously and significantly influence the potential for entrepreneurship, while the results of the test for the coefficient of determination (R2) use the Adjusted R square (R2) of 0.543, this shows that the skills training variable (X1) and independent attitude (X2) have an influence on the entrepreneurial potential variable of 54.3%. While the rest (100% - 54.3% = 45.7%) is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.
- ItemTingkat kualitas manajemen keuangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (Studi Kasus Pedagang Mikro di Kecamatan Ciawi-Bogor)(PPMKP, 2023-03) PERMANA, RizkyThe aim in this research is to show and explain state of management in finance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on financial management theory particularly in terms of financial arrangements and management functions finance. Sampling was carried out by area sampling method. Source of data in this study is primary data obtained from structured questionnaires and open questionnaires distributed to actors distribution business. In the structured questionnaire the number of respondents is 55 persons and in the open questionnaire the number of respondents was 25 distributions. The method used in data processing is a statistical method descriptive to explain the mean, range, minimum, maximum and etc. So it can be concluded that respondens has not already have the title of good financial management. In terms of profit, distros have an average profit or net profit of 5% of their total investment every month. In terms of DER (Debt Equty Ratio), the average distro has a DER ratio of 0.8:1. WCTA (working capital to total assets) or current assets owned by the average distribution of 33.98% of the total assets owned

Advances in computer communication technology offer alternative ways to carry out learning activities. Learning computer-based learning requires students to be actively and participative in the learning process. Students are required to take the initiative to determine what, how and when the learning activities will be carried out. Learning through the web requires not only the skills of students such as skilled operating a computer, reading and writing but also demanding behavior open, disciplined and independent personality. Teaching and learning scenarios need to be prepared carefully in a learning curriculum that is designed to be web-based. Implementing web-based learning does not mean just put teaching materials on the web. In addition to teaching materials, learning scenarios need to be prepared carefully to invite student involvement actively and constructively can their learning process. Combining face-to-face meetings with learning web-based can increase the contribution and interactivity between participants educate. Through face-to-face students can get to know fellow students and the accompanying teacher. This familiarity really supports collaborative work them virtually.
