Abstract
this study were 106 employees of PPMKP CIAWI using proportional stratified random sampling method
specification. Data analysis technique used is based on analysis Structural Equational Model (SEM) with a
Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Results of this study indicate that there is influence between
leadership style, placement, and working environment on employee performance. From this research
also obtained results that motivation significantly mediates the effects of leadership style, placement,
and working environment on employee performance. Implications of the findings in this study are that
the company continues to conduct response actions on the importance of leadership style, placement,
and working environment on employee performance. Involving employees in making decisions will
make employees feel as a part of the company and making a good style of leadership which employees
needs. Always give an opportunity for employees to show potential, maintaining good relationships with
fellow employees and superiors, , in order to create a good organizational atmosphere and
encourage employees motivation.
