dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Evaluation of performance of mid-generation rice lines during two cropping season. The objective of this research to evaluate the yield respons of mid generation selected lines from pedigree nursery on different growing conditions. The trials were conducted in the wet and dry season of the year of 2009 at the Klaten areas. One hundred forty rice advanced lines were planted as observational yield trilas using augmented of RCB design. The result showed that 10 lines out of 140 were yielded more than the high yielder check cultivars both in wet season and dry season. Those lines are BP4122-2f-4-3-5 B (6,91 t/ha), BP4112-4f-Kn-14-3-4*B (5,97 t/ha), BP4116-4f-Kn-10-2-4 B (6,10 t/ha), BP4740-4f-Kn-4-1-3*B (5,74 t/ha), BP4988-5f-7-3-2B (5,92 t/ha), BP5850-1f-20-1-2*B (6,60 t/ha), BP5166f-Kn-5-2-2°B (6,33 t/ha), BP5438-le-Kn-11-2-2*B (5,79 t/ha), BP5438-2e-Kn-7-3-2 B (6,10 t/ha), BP5438-2e-Kn-12-2-2 B (5,73 t/ha). The t test analyses on differences between the mean yield of the best ten genotypes obtained from wet and dry season, respectively, indicated that no significantly different on the yield respons obtained from the both of the dry and wet cropping seasons. ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi respon galur-galur yang terpilih dari pertanaman pedigree terhadap kondisi lingkungan musim hujan dan musim kemarau. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 musim tanam, yaitu pada bulan Februari-Mei 2009 (musim hujan) dan bulan Juni-Oktober 2009 (musim kemarau) di Desa Tlobong, Kecamatan Delanggu, Kabupaten Klaten. Pertanaman servasi mengevaluasi 140 galur dan lima varietas pembanding (Ciherang, Silugonggo, Dodokan, Ciliwung, dan IR64) yang ditata dalam rancangan Augmented. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa dari 140 galur yang diuji, hanya 10 galur yang memiliki hasil GKG 5,73 t/ha, yaitu BP4122-2f-4-3-5*B (6,91 t/ha), BP4112-4f-Kn-14-3-4*B (5,97 t/ha), BP4116-4f-Kn-10-2-4*B (6,10 t/ha), BP4740-4f-Kn-4-1-3*B (5,74 t/ha), BP4988-5f-7-3-2*B (5,92 t/ha), BP5850-1f-20-1-2*B (6,60 t/ha), BP5166f-Kn-5-2-2*B (6,33 t/ha), BP5438-1e-Kn 11-2-2*B (5,79 t/ha), BP5438-2e-Kn-7-3-2B (6,10 t/ha), BP54385 2e-Kn-12-2-2*B (5,73 t/ha). Beda rata hasil kesepuluh galur dari pertanaman MK dan MH tidak berbeda nyata berdasarkan statistik uji T. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa produktivitas galur-galur tersebut pada dua musim tanam stabil.
