dc.description | Oleoresin is the mixture of resins and essential oils which are extracted from several kinds of spice. Oleoresins have the same characteristics of pengency an flavor with their origins. Using oleoresin food preparations is more advantageous compared with the use of original spices, particulary for industrial application. One of the advantages is that the use of raw material to obtain certain level of flavor and pungency is more efficient, eacy to handle and, the flavourand fungency can be standardized for flavouring strength. Those comparative advantages can elarge and raise the demand for using of oleoresins Indonesia is ever know as a main spice producing country. Accordingly the numerous and inexhaustive supply of spice raw material enable the domestic oleoresin industry to extend properly. | id-ID |
