The implementation of the tasks by the instructor is good or not can be seen from the achievement of the extension agent performance. The purpose of this study was to find out the determinants of the performance of agricultural extension agents in Lebak District. The population unit in this study was 117 agricultural extension agents in Lebak District. The sampling technique used is census. The basic method used in this study is a survey method by collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis in general the performance of agricultural extension agents in Lebak District are in the high category.

This research was carried out in 10 BPPSDMP Technical Implementation Units (UPT), Ministry of Agriculture. The research method uses a survey method with a correlational approach. The study population was determined by 177 Widyaiswara with a sample size of 123 Widyaiswara who were determined by proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics are used to test the hypothesis using simple and regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is revealed that: There is a very significant positive relationship between The Self-Efficacy and The Innovativeness of Widyaiswara, with a correlation coefficient (ryx₁ ) of 0.647, the coefficient of determination (r₂ yx₁ ) of 0.418, and supported by simple linear regression Ŷ = 7,720+ 0.868X2. Thus it can be concluded The innovativeness of Widyaiswara can be increased through The Self Efficacy.

This research was conducted in 10 Technical Implementing Units (UPT) of BPPSDMP, The Ministry of Agriculture. The research method uses survey methods with a correlational approach. The study population numbered 177 Widyaiswara with a total sample of 123 Widyaiswara determined by proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics are used to test hypotheses using simple regression and correlation analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study concluded that: There is a very significant positive correlation between Transformational Leadership and Widyaiswara Innovation, with a correlation coefficient (ryx₁) of 0.631, a coefficient of determination (r₂yx₁) of 0.39.8 and supported by a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 22.138 + 0.800 X₁. Thus it can be concluded that Widyaiswara's Innovation can be improved through Transformational Leadership.

As technology continues to play an important role in the field of training and development, digital literacy will become increasingly important for Widyaiswara to have. The research used a literature review. Literature Review is carried out by examining journals and previous research articles related to the problem. It can be interpreted in this research that digital literacy has a significant impact on Widyaiswara competencies and their ability to design and deliver effective training programs, there is a need to increase Widyaiswara competencies in digital literacy, Widyaiswara digital literacy competencies are not only the necessary technical competencies but also competencies in knowledge, attitudes in line with applicable ethics and norms, as well as knowledge of the safety of using digital devices, and one of the important factors in selecting e-learning training methods is the ability of lecturers to use appropriate tools and methods in e-learning learning.
