Abstract
This article aims to explain the importance of increasing Widyaiswara’s competence through digital literacy to support the success of the e-learning training. As technology continues to play an important role in the field of training and development, digital literacy will become increasingly important for Widyaiswara to have. The research used a literature review. Literature Review is carried out by examining journals and previous research articles related to the problem. It can be interpreted in this research that digital literacy has a significant impact on Widyaiswara competencies and their ability to design and deliver effective training programs, there is a need to increase Widyaiswara competencies in digital literacy, Widyaiswara digital literacy competencies are not only the necessary technical competencies but also competencies in knowledge, attitudes in line with applicable ethics and norms, as well as knowledge of the safety of using digital devices, and one of the important factors in selecting e-learning training methods is the ability of lecturers to use appropriate tools and methods in e-learning learning.
