    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kontak Tani terhadap kesadaran penggunaan teknologi mekanisasi bagi Anggota Kelompok Tani di Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Kabupaten Bogor Bagian Selatan

    Factors that significantly increase farmer group members' awareness are the application of group norms, group cohesiveness, group effectiveness, and the role of extension workers. Factors that had no significant effect were: the leadership of the farmer contacts and the role of village officials. Indicators of the influence of contact farming leadership, which have a significant effect on increasing the awareness of farmer group members are: developing the intensity of interaction between members and developing shared ownership. Indicators that have no significant impact are raising awareness of members as part of a group and enforcing structured rules and patterned behavior. Indicators of the influence of contact farming leadership that have a high category are: developing the intensity of interaction between members and developing shared ownership. Indicators with a low category are growing awareness of members as part of a group and enforcing a structure of rules and patterned behavior. Indicators of increased awareness of farmer group members have a relatively high contribution percentage: awareness of members as part of a group contributes high, the intensity of interaction between members contributes high, sense of shared ownership contributes high, and structure of rules and patterned behavior contributes high

    Pengembangan Pelayanan Prima Bagi Kepuasan Peserta Pelatihan Kepemimpinan TK.IV di PPMKP Ciawi Bogor

    This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the application of service elements both considered important by customers and those not considered important. The respondents in this study were participants in the Level IV Leadership training with descriptive and qualitative survey methods, systematically, factually and accurately describing the facts and characteristics of the population. The assessment will start from June to December 2019, at PPMKP Ciawi Bogor. Based on the discussion and analysis results of this study, it is pointed out that in the application of service elements both categorized as important and unimportant, they can provide satisfaction in accordance with the expectations of the trainees, and the performance of the service during the training shows a very good category

    Peran Penyuluh Pertanian dalam perkembangan Kelompok Tani di Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Perikanan dan Kehutanan (BP3K) Kabupaten Bogor

    The analytical methods used in this study are: descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, which aims to find out how big the role of agricultural extension in the development of farmer groups in the area of BP3K Caringin, Bogor Regency. The results of the study used descriptive analysis, which had high categories including: the role of agricultural extension workers in developing the intensity of interaction between members, the role of agricultural extension workers in developing shared ownership, group norms, group cohesiveness, group leadership, group effectiveness, and the role of group leaders. Which has a low category is the role of Agricultural Instructors in fostering member awareness, contactants in the application of the structure of rules and patterned behavior, and the role of village officials. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that, variables that significantly affected the development of farmer groups (α: 5%) were: the role of the Agricultural Extension Officer in developing the intensity of interaction between members, the role of the Agricultural Extension Officer in developing shared ownership, the validity of group norms, group cohesiveness, effectiveness groups, and the role of group leaders, while the variables that have no significant effect on the sustainability of farmer groups are: the role of the Agricultural Extension Officer in growing member awareness, the role of contractants in the application of patterned structures and patterned behavior, group leadership and the role of the village administrator
