dc.descriptionThis study aims to prove whether there is an influence on the quality of training services on learning effectiveness. The research sample used in this study is 60 participants in the low-cost smart farming training for millennial farmers at the Lampung Agricultural Training Center. The hypothesis test method in this study uses SEM-PLS with the help of the smart PLS program version 4 to test the influence of training service quality on learning effectiveness. The results of the study showed that the quality of training services affected learning effectiveness by 85.7% and the rest was influenced by other variables by 14.3%. The results of this research are expected to be used as a guideline for the Lampung Agricultural Training Center to improve the quality of services to be more optimal.en
dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pelatihan terhadap efektivitas belajar. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan smart farming low-cost bagi petani milenial di Balai Pelatihan Pertanian Lampung yaitu sejumlah 60 peserta. Metode uji hipotesa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan program smart-pls versi 4 untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap efekivitas belajar sebesar 85,7% dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain sebesar 14,3%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman bagi Balai Pelatihan Pertanian Lampung untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar lebih optimal.  id
