dc.description | ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons wanita tani terhadappembuatan telur asin dengan manipulasi suhu di Desa Trasan dan mengetahuipengaruh karakteristik wanita tani (umur, pendidikan, pengalaman mengolah telurasin dan tingkat kosmopolitan) terhadap respons. Desain kajian yang digunakan yaituone shot case study. Variabel yang diamati terdiri dari variabel dependen beruparespons wanita tani di Desa Trasan dari aspek pengetahuan, aspek sikap, aspekketerampilan, serta variabel independen meliputi umur, pendidikan, pengalamanmengolah telur asin dan tingkat kosmopolitan. Pengumpulan data menggunakanmetode wawancara dan observasi dengan teknik pendekatan individu. Analisisdeskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui respons wanita tani dan analisis regresi linierberganda untuk mengetahui karakteristik wanita tani yang mempengaruhi respons.Sampel terdiri dari 30 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik Purposive samplingdengan kriteria merupakan anggota aktif Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Desa TrasanKecamatan Bandongan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat respons wanitatani di Desa Trasan Kecamatan Bandongan berada pada kategori sangat tinggidengan skor 2503. Karakteristik (umur, pendidikan, pengalaman mengolah telur asindan tingkat kosmopolitan) secara simultan berpengaruh nyata (P < 0,05) terhadaprespons wanita tani di Desa Trasan. Secara parsial karakteristik wanita tani yangberpengaruh nyata (P < 0,05) terhadap respons adalah umur, pendidikan dan tingkatkosmopolitan dengan nilai koefisien regresi berturut-turut sebesar -0,149, 1,151,0,329, 1,005. sedangkan pengalaman mengolah telur asin tidak berpengaruh nyata(P > 0,05) terhadap respons wanita tani dalam pembuatan telur asin dengan teknologimanipulasi suhu.ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the response of peasant women to themanufacture of salted eggs with temperature manipulation in Trasan Village and todetermine the effect of the characteristics of peasant women (age, education, experience in processing salted eggs and cosmopolitan level) on the response. The study design used is a one shot case study. The variables observed consisted of the dependent variable in the form of the response of peasant women in Trasan Village from the aspect of knowledge, aspects of attitude, aspects of skills, as well as independent variables including age, education, experience in processing salted eggs and the cosmopolitan level. Collecting data using interview and observation methods with individual approach techniques. Descriptive analysis was used to determine the response of peasant women and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the characteristics of peasant women that affect the response. The sample consisted of 30 people who were determined using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of being an active member of the Peasant women Group in Trasan Village, Bandongan District. The results of the analysis show that the response level of peasant women in Trasan Village, Bandongan District is in the very high category with a score of 2503. Characteristics (age, education, experience in processing salted eggs and cosmopolitan level) simultaneously have a significant effect (P < 0.05) on responses peasant women in Trasan Village. Partially, the characteristics of female farmers that have a significant effect (P < 0.05) on the response are age, education and cosmopolitan level with the regression coefficient values of -0.149, 1.151, 0.329, 1.005, respectively. while the experience of processing salted eggs had no significant effect (P > 0.05) on the response of peasant women in making salted eggs with temperature manipulation technology.Keywords: Response, Peasant women, Salted Eggs, Temperature Manipulation | en-US |
