Umumnya ada dua jenis ubi jalar yang kita tau dan sering kita lihat, yaitu ubi jalar ungu dan ubi jalar kuning. Ubi jalar sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan karena mengandung vitamin A, B1, B2, B3 dan vitamin C.en_US
