Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi kelayakan usahatani dan melihat titik impas padi sawah irigasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bone, Soppeng dan Wajo di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan pada Tahun 2014. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan, analisisis kelayakan dan menghitung tingkat titik impas (Break Event Ponit/BEP) produksi dan harga. Hasil usahatani padi sawah irigasi di tiga kabupaten, Sulawesi Selatan menunjukan nilai R/C rasio dan nilai B/C > 1, berarti usahatani padi sawah irigasi di wilayah tersebut cukup layak untuk dilanjutkan dan nilai tingkat break event point yang lebih rendah dari harga aktual maka usahatani padi sawah irigasi masih memiliki daya saing.
Abstract
This study aims to obtain information the feasibility of farming and see the breakeven point of irrigated rice paddy. The study was conducted in the districts Bone, Soppeng and Wajo in South Sulawesi Province in 2014. The analysis used is income analysis, feasibility analysis and calculate the break-even rate (Break Event Point / BEP) production and price. The results of farming rice irrigation in three counties, South Sulawesi showed the value of R/C ratio and the value of B/C > 1, meaning that irrigated rice field farming in the area is feasible to continue and the value of the rate of break event point is more lower than the actual price of irrigation rice farming then it still has competitiveness.
