dc.description.abstractAbstrak Salinitas memberikan pengaruh yang buruk terhadap produksi padi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan varietas yang toleran pada kondisi salin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pengaruh pemberian NaCl terhadap kandungan Kalium dan Natrium pada beberapa putatif mutan somaklon. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial. Faktor pertama tanaman putatif mutan somaklon dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi NaCl (0, 75 mM, dan 150 mM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nomor-nomor putatif mutan somaklon yang bersifat toleran terhadap NaCl menunjukkan kandungan K yang cenderung tetap dan kandungan Na (daun) yang lebih rendah sehingga ratio K/Na yang cendrung lebih tinggi dari pada tanaman yang peka. Abstract Salinity gives a bad influence on rice production. Therefore, we need varieties that are tolerant to saline conditions. This study aimed to observe the effect of NaCl on the content of Potassium and Sodium in some putative mutant’s soma clone. This study was conducted using a completely randomized factorial design. The first factor putative mutant plant soma clone and the second factor is the concentration of NaCl (0, 75 mM and 150 mM). The results showed that the numbers soma clone putative mutants tolerant to NaCl have remain of K content, but Na leaf content was lower, therefore the ratio K / Na tends to be higher compared to susceptible plants.
