dc.descriptionThe study aims to: (1) describe the group’s participation in the application of the jajar legowo plant system (2) analyzing factors related to the group member’s participation in the application of the jajar legowo plant system (3) strategize and carry out training activities top increase group members’ participation in the application of the jajar legowo plant system.The location of samples USES purposive sampling techniques in the Lengkong village,the village of Tegallega and the village of Neglasari, Lengkong seedlings, Sukabumi district.The data analysis used is (1) descriptive statistical analysis (2) analysis of Rank Spearman (3) analysis of Kendall’s W Test.The results indicate: (1) group participation in the Lengkong village, Tegallega village and Neglasari village are in the moderate category, as many as 57 or 89,47% of the total respondence.(2) factors related to the group’s participation of growers were motivation, training activities, infrastructure, availability of agricultural information resources and government support.(3) the strategy for increased farm members’ participation in the implementation of the jajar legowo plant system is to enhance training activities. Counseling material was based on Kendall’s W Test analysis which is: 1) Inportance of counseling; 2) cultivating rice plants with the jajar legowo system. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan partisipasi anggota kelompoktani dalam penerapan sistem tanam jajar legowo (2) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi anggota kelompoktani dalam penerapan sistem tanam jajar legowo (3) Menyusun strategi dan melaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi anggota kelompoktani dalam penerapan sistem tanam jajar legowo.Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling di Desa Lengkong, Desa Tegallega dan Desa Neglasari, Kecamatan Lengkong, Kabupaten Sukabumi.Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu (1) analisis statistik deskriptif (2) analisis korelasi Rank Spearman (3) analisis Kendall’s W Test.Hasil kajian menunjukkan: (1) Partisipasi anggota kelompoktani di Desa Lengkong, Desa Tegallega dan Desa Neglasari termasuk dalam kategori sedang, yaitu sebanyak 57 reponden atau sebesar 89,47% dari jumlah keseluruhan responden.(2) Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi anggota kelompoktani yaitu Motivasi, Kegiatan Penyuluhan, Sarana Prasarana, Ketersediaan Sumber Informasi Pertanian dan Dukungan Pemerintah.(3) Strategi peningkatan partisipasi anggota kelompoktani dalam penerapan sistem tanam jajar legowo yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan. Materi penyuluhan diambil berdasarkan Analisis Kendall’s W Test yaitu : 1) Pentingnya Kegiatan Penyuluhan; 2) Budidaya tanaman padi dengan sistem tanam jajar legowo.en-US
