Abstract
Abstrak Kebutuhan beras fungsional sebagian besar masih dipenuhi melalui impor. Peningkatan produksi beras dalam negeri sangat penting untuk menghindari tingginya risiko ketidakstabilan harga dan menekan jumlah beras impor. Badan Litbang Pertanian telah melepas beberapa varietas padi fungsional yang mempunyai kandungan gizi dan karakter tertentu serta berpeluang sebagai subtitusi impor beras fungsional. Kegiatan penelitian varietas padi fungsional dilahan petani bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas dan keragaan agronomis tanaman di lahan sawah irigasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan petani, Desa Karangwangi, Kecamatan Ciranjang, Kabupaten Cianjur pada musim kering (MK-1) Tahun 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, dengan perlakuan 7 (tujuh) varietas unggul baru fungsional yaitu Cisokan, Inpari 17, Inpari 21, Inpara 4, ketan Lusi, varietas lokal Grendel dan varietas beras impor (Taiken). Data agronomis tanaman dan ubinan di ambil sebanyak 3 (tiga) ulangan pada masing-masing varietas. Komponen hasil dan hasil varietas tersebut dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa varietas adalah faktor yang nyata berpengaruh terhadap bobot hasil panen ubinan, GKP dan GKG. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa varietas Inpara 4 memperoleh hasil tertinggi sebesar 10,1 t/ha GKG, diikuti oleh Varietas Cisokan (8,7 t/ha GKG) dan Inpari 17 (8,6 t/ha GKG). Hasil terendah diperoleh varietas golongan Japonica Taiken sebesar 6,8 t/ha GKG. Abstract Integrated Crop of Functional plant type Rice Variety at low land field the demand functional rice mostly provided by import. Increased production of rice is very important to avoid the high risks instability prices and reduce rice imports. The Indonesian Agency for Agriculture Research and Development (IAARD) has released several rice varieties with specific character to substitutes rice import. The research was conducted by land farmers at lowland fields, in the village of Karang Wangi, Ciranjang subdistrict, Cianjur, West Java 2016 during dry season. The experiment was designed at random complete design using 7 (seven) functional plant type rice variety as Cisokan, Inpari 17, Inpari 21, Inpara 4, ketan Lusi, varietas lokal Grendel and Japonica Taiken with three replications. Agronomic data, yield and Yield component parameters were analyzed using anova. The result showed that varieties is a significant factor influence crop yield. The results of analysis and observation showed that Inpara 4, Inpari 17, Lusi and Tayken had beter performance than its description. Inpara 4 had the highest yield at 10,1 ton/ha GKG followed by Cisokan variety (8,7 t/ha GKG) and Inpari 1 7 (8,6 t/ha GKG). The lowest yield was Japonica rice (Taiken) at 6,8 t/ha GKG.
