Pengaruh interaksi antara genotipe dan lingkungan merupakan salah satu tantangan bagi pemulia tanaman dalam mengembangkan galur hasil seleksi, di mana galur yang diuji menunjukkan daya hasil yang berbeda di setiap lokasi pengujian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi pengaruh interaksi genotipe dan lingkungan terhadap penampilan calon varietas padi hibrida di dua lokasi. Percobaan dilaksanakan pada musim hujan tahun 2014 di Sragen Jawa Tengah dan Malang Jawa Timur menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan empat ulangan. Materi yang digunakan adalah 18 calon varietas padi hibrida dan dua varietas pembanding, yaitu Hipa8 dan Ciherang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan, genotipe dan interaksi genotipe dan lingkungan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap hasil gabah. . Sebanyak enam hibrida menampilkan hasil gabah melebihi varietas pembanding Ciherang (7.54 ton/ha-1) di dua lokasi pengujian, hibrida tersebut yaitu GMJ6/CRS516 (8.69 ton ha-1), GMJ13/PK60 (8.87 ton/ha-1), /GMJ13/R2 (7.95 ton/ha-1), A6/CRS517 (7.97 ton/ha-1), A7/CRS547 (8.50 ton/ha-1) dan A7/CRS518 (8.60 ton/ha-1). Proporsi keragaman terhadap hasil adalah pengaruh lingkungan, genotipe, dan interaksi lingkungan x genotipe.
Abstract
The effect of interaction between genotype and environment is one of the challenges for plant breeders in developing selection lines, in which the genotypes showed different results at each location. This research was to determine the effect of genotypes and environment interactions on the appearance of prospective hybrid rice varieties in two locations. The experiment was conducted during the rainy season season of 2014 in Sragen, Central Java and Malang East Java using randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four replications. The material genetic used was 18 hybrid rice genotypes and two check varieties, namely Hipa 8 and Ciherang. The results showed that the environment, genotype and interaction of genotype and environment had a significant effect on grain yield. A total of six hybrids showing grain yield exceeded that of ciherang in two locations. Those hybrids were GMJ6/CRS516 (8.69 ton/ha-1), GMJ13/PK60 (8.87 ton/ha-1), GMJ13/R2 (7.95 ton/ha-1), A6/CRS517 (7.97 ton/ha-1), A7/CRS547 (8.50 ton/ha-1) dan A7/CRS518 (8.60 ton/ha-1). Proportion of variance to yield were location, genotype and location and genotype interaction.
