ABSTRAKPelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian pada Kelurahan Kramatan Kecamatan Wonosobo Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi respons peternak sapi terhadap pembuatan pupuk organik cair dari urine dengan penambahan empon-empon. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 38 orang. Alat yang digunakan ialah kuesioner sebanyak 19 butir, variabel pertama yang dikaji yaitu respons peternak sapi dilihat dari karakteristik inovasi yaitu aspek pengetahuan, aspek sikap, aspek keterampilan dan aspek minat. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu aspek pengetahuan sebesar 827, aspek sikap sebesar 660, aspek keterampilan sebesar 596, aspek minat sebesar 464, dengan total skor 2560 dengan kategori tinggi. Serta terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan (P<0,01) secara simultan antara variabel independen umur, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman beternak, minat, dan jumlah kepemilikan ternak, dengan respons peternak. Sedangkan secara parsial umur dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh sangat signifikan (P<0,01) terhadap respons peternak, namun pengalaman beternak, minat dan jumlah kepemilikan ternak tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap respons peternak. ABSTRACTThis study was carried out in Kramatan Subdistric Wonosobo Regency of Wonosobo. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the Response of Cattle Farmers on Manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Urine with the Addition of Empon-Empon.Sampling was done using a purposive sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 38 people. The tool used is a questionnaire of 19 questions. The first variable studied was cattle farmer’s response, was seen from the characteristics of the innovation, namely the aspect of knowledge, aspects of attitude, aspect of skills and aspects of interest. The results were aspect of knowledge of 827, the aspect of attitude of 660, aspect skills by 596, aspects of interest amounted to 464, with a total score of 2560 with the high category. And there is a very significant influence (P<0.01) simultaneously between the independent variables of age, level of education, experience in breeding, interest, and the number of cattle ownership, with the response of the farmers. Partially, age and level of education of the effect is highly significant (P<0.01) on the response of the breeder, but the experience of raising, interest and the number of cattle ownership did not much influence the response of the farmers.Key Words: Response, Cattle breeders, Liquid organic fertilizer
