Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merancang model sistem pertanian terpadu berkelanjutan yang optimal untuk Desa Segara Katon, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur melalui analisis dari jurnal ilmiah. Berdasarkan data BPS (2025) menunjukkan bahwa Desa Segara Katon memiliki 12% produksi padi sawah dan urutan ketiga tertinggi untuk jumlah ternak kambing 131 ekor dan ayam broiler sebesar 17.000 ekor. Desa Segara Katon memiliki sumber daya alam cukup tinggi pada tanaman tahunan seperti kelapa, kakao, dan jambu mete, sehingga hal tersebut dapat dioptimalkan melalui model integrasi tanaman-ternak-ikan berbasis LEISA (Low External Input Sustainable Agriculture). Model ini mengintegrasikan empat komponen utama: tanaman pangan dan hortikultura, peternakan skala kecil, dan pengolahan limbah organik menjadi biogas dan pupuk. Implementasi sistem pertanian terpadu terbukti meningkatkan profitabilitas hingga 45% dibandingkan monokultur, menghemat penggunaan air hingga 50% melalui irigasi tetes, dan mengurangi biaya produksi melalui pemanfaatan limbah pertanian sebagai pakan ternak. Strategi optimalisasi mencakup penguatan kelembagaan kelompok tani, pendampingan penyuluh pertanian, digitalisasi informasi pasar, dan kemitraan multi pihak. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi pada proyek percontohan dan monitoring berkelanjutan untuk validasi model yang dikembangkan.
This study aims to analyze and design an optimal model for sustainable integrated agricultural system for Segara Katon Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies and literature studies through analysis of scientific journals. Based on BPS data (2025) shows that Segara Katon Village has 12% of rice field production and ranks the third highest for the number of livestock such as 131 goats and 17,000 broiler chickens In the case study conducted in Segara Katon Village, it has quite high natural resources in annual crops such as coconut, coffee, cocoa, and cashew nuts, so that this can be optimized through a crop-livestock integration model based on LEISA (Low External Input Sustainable Agriculture). This model integrates four main components: food crops and horticulture, small-scale livestock, and processing organic waste into biogas and fertilizer. The implementation of the integrated system has been proven to increase profitability by up to 45% compared to monoculture, save water use by up to 50% through drip irrigation, and reduce production costs by utilizing agricultural waste as animal feed. Optimization strategies include strengthening farmer group institutions, providing assistance to agricultural extension workers, digitizing market information, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. This study recommends implementation in pilot projects and ongoing monitoring to validate the developed model.
