dc.description.abstractAbstrak Ketahanan Galur Tetua dan F1 Padi Hibrida terhadap Hama/Penyakit dilaksanakan di Sukamandi dan Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi dan mendapatkan informasi ketahanan galur-galur tetua padi hibrida terhadap wereng batang coklat dan hawar daun bakteri. Kegiatan skrining terhadap hawar daun bakteri dilaksanakan di KP. Muara Bogor. Skrining terhadap hawar daun bakteri dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2016, skrining terhadap wereng batang coklat dilaksanakan bulan Juli tahun 2016, dari 150 galur yang diuji didapatkan yang tahan terhadap patotipe IV ada 10 galur bereaksi agak rentan (AR), 4 galur agak tahan (AT) yaitu galur PK-123, GMJ15/CRS1082, A7/BH4D-MR-2-1-2, A7/ BH32D-MR-5-1-3, serta 1 galur bereaksi tahan yaitu galur GP505-1, sedang pada patotipe VIII hanya ada 1 galur tahan yaitu galur A7/BH4D-MR-2-1-2 dan 9 galur bereaksi agak rentan. Galur mandul jantan yang bereaksi agak tahan terhadap WBC biotipe 1 adalah A7 dan GMJ 10A, galur restorer yang bereaksi agak tahan terhadap WBC biotipe 1 antara lain: GP 151-1, GP 249-1, PED 462, CRS 1168, CRS 1170, CRS 1269, CRS 1270, CRS 1271, CRS 1275, CRS 1276, dan CRS 1277, adapaun CRS 1167 bereaksi agak tahan terhadap WBC biotipe 1. Abstract Screening Parental lines and F1 Hybrid Rice to pest and deseases were conducted in Sukamandi and Bogor West Java. The research aimedto evaluate the resistancy of parental lines and F1 hybrid rice to brown plant hopper, bacterial leaf blight. Screening activity for bacterial leaf blight was carried out in Bogor experimental station in august 2016, while the screening of blasts in october or november 2016. Screening for tungro and brown plant hopper will held in Sukamandi experimental station.. Of the 150 strains tested obtained which are resistant to group IV there are 10 strains reacted vulnerable (AR), 4 lines moderately resistant (AT) is a strain PK-123, GMJ15/CRS1082, A7/BH4D-MR-2-1-2, A7/BH32D-MR-5-1-3, and 1 strain reacts hold that GP505-1 strain, was in the group VIII only 1 strain that is resistant strains A7/BH4D-MR-2-1-2 and 9 strains reacted somewhat vulnerable. CMS that react slightly to WBC biotype 1 are A7 and GMJ 10A, reactor strains reacting somewhat resistant to WBC biotype 1 include: GP 151-1, GP 249-1, PED 462, CRS 1168, CRS 1170, CRS 1269, CRS 1270, CRS 1271, CRS 1275, CRS 1276, and CRS 1277, as CRS 1167 reacts somewhat resistant to WBC biotype 1
