Abstract
This study aims to determine factors on the performance of the employees of the PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Yogyakarta. The subjects of this research are employees of the PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Yogyakarta. This study uses a sampling technique with a saturated sample method using all the population as respondents. This data collection was done through a questionnaire. The data obtained were processed as much as 36. This study used data analysis techniques Path Analysis (path analysis).
