    Analisis Hasil Evaluasi Pembelajaran pada Pelatihan Dasar CPNS

    The objectives of this research are to analyze the results of learning evaluation consists of (1) knowledge improvement (gain) on substances of training courses, and (2) relation of facilitator competency to learning evaluation results. This research conducted to the participants of Basic Training of Government 3rd level Employee Candidates of Ministry of Agriculture, batch 9, 10, 11 and 12, conducted at Center for Management and Leadership Training of Agriculture in 2019. Total samples of 114 are randomly chosen from 160 participants. Using t-test to analyse knowledge improvement (gain) between pre test and post test indicated that knowledge of participants are significantly increased 51 %. There is a correlation between post test and facilitators’competence (r=0,383), however there is no corelation between post test results with final examination’s results.
