    Keragaan Agronomi F4 Kedelai Anjasmoro-IAC100 untuk Ketahanan terhadap Hama Pengisap Polong
    (KOMISI NASIONAL SUMBER DAYA GENETIK, 2021-09-15) Slamet, Slamet; Balai Besar Penelitian dan Pengembangan Bioteknologi dan Sumberdaya Genetik Pertanian
    The research was conducted at KP-Cikeumeuh, BB-Biogen in 2020. The aim of the study was to obtain good plant figurines. Seeds are planted in grooves with a distance of 40x20 cm which is planted with 1-2 seeds/hole. Every 40 numbers interspersed with check plants (Anjasmoro, Biosoy-1, Grobogan) varieties. Observations on important agronomic characters were harvest age, plant height, number of branches, filled pods, seeds/plants, weight of 100 grains. Selection of figurines obtained 136 numbers, then screened by weight/plant compared to check plants Biosoy-1 (≥15.8 g/tan). The results of agronomic screening obtained 83 numbers with the following performances; harvest age 84-101 DAP, plant height 26-98 cm, number of branches 1-9, pod content 58-179, yield 15.8-38 g/plant and weight of 100 grains 8.67-16.05 g. Agronomic selection obtained 66 lines with a height of 26-50 cm, 23 lines having 7-9 branches, 48 lines 4-6 productive branches, 58 lines of medium age, 4 lines with pods 150-179 yi No. 165-1(179), 127-1(169), 84-1(163) and 155-1(156) and 20 lines with 100-150 pods. 5 lines weighing 14-16 g/100 seeds. Seed weight between 21-25 g/plant with 25 numbers, seed weight 26-38 g/plant obtained 7 lines yi: 84-1 (26 g), 40-1(26, g), 165-1(27 g), 80-1(27.6 g), 107-1(28.9 g), 127-1(29.5 g), and No.155-1(38 g).
