Monitoring the growth of rice plants needs to be done to predict the success of the harvest. The growth phase and age of rice plants are crop biophysical parameters that can be detected by Landsat-8 image technology. The variables obtained from Landsat-8 are bands and vegetation index. The initial processing is processing data on rice plantations belonging to PT Sang Hyang Seri in Subang Regency, West Java, from crop recapitulation data and 16 Landsat-8 image data every day during the 2015-2017 period. This study aims to determine the best accuracy value of the classification technique by first applying the multiclass process for rice planting age, feature engineering, variable interaction of initial variables, and resampling techniques. The classification method used is Multiclass Rotation Forest. The application of this classification method resulted in an accuracy value for the model without varieties of 75.29% and for the varieties Mekongga 76.33%, Ciherang 75.18%, Inpari-30 62.70%, and PB42 62.87%.
