    Geographic Information System (GIS) for agricultural genetic resources is a system to support Gene Bank in managing spatial data. The web-based GIS development process usually uses a software development model and methodology known as the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), but in this development the Y-Model Web GIS Development Methodology (YWDM) is used which is a combination of software development methodologies in the context of GIS development. With this YWDM model, software development becomes easier, the spatial system specification requirements are well met. The genetic resource map was created using available data from inventories of agricultural genetic resources at several locations and the collections of the Genetic Resources Bank of the Indonesian Agricultural Research and Development Agency.
