    APLIKASI MODEL KIRKPATRICK DALAM MENGEVALUASI KEGIATAN BIMBINGAN TEKNIS PERTANIAN

    In the study of evaluation, there are many evaluation models with different formats or systematics or some are the same. Kirkpatrick's model is commonly used in evaluating education and training activities. This paper aims to determine the feasibility of using the Kirkpatrick model approach in evaluating technical guidance activities called “Bimtek” in the agricultural sector. The procedure for designing data collection instruments, the types of data collected and interpreting the evaluation results are carried out by adapting the Kirkpatrick Model, carried out through simulations of “Bimtek” activities. Based on the simulation of agricultural technical guidance by adapting the use of the Kirkpatrick model, the following conclusions were obtained: Adaptation of the Kirkpatrick Model in evaluating agricultural technical guidance activities “Bimtek” showed a fairly effective performance, which was indicated by the practicality aspect in doing so and the suitability of the activity components evaluated. Kirkpatrick's evaluation was able to explore aspects of “Bimtek” activities in more detail, starting from the aspects of participants' reactions to Bimtek activities, learning processes, behaviors and results obtained from “Bimtek”. Thus, the adaptation of Kirkpatrick's model is appropriate to be used in evaluating “Bimtek” activities in the agricultural sector.
