This study used factorial experiment with first factor essential oil concentration (100%, 50%, 25%, 12.5%, 6.25% and 3.125%) while the second factor was two bacteria isolates. Every treatment had three replications. The results showed that increasing essential oil concentration result in increasing the growth inhibition zone of bacteria. Escherichia coli was the most sensitive bacteria isolated to Oregano essential oil.
