- ItemEvaluasi coching berbasis daring (online) pada Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas di era pandemi Covid-19(PPMKP, 2021-09) HARAHAP, Yusni Emilia; PPMKPIn these two years of pandemic era, one of the most popular change known is the shifting of learning method from conventional face to face basis to virtual meeting platforms. Also called as traditional education, typical face-to-face learning interactions that occur in a physical location was suspended almost globally including in Indonesia. This article aims to explain the challenges and advantages of the adoption of online learning method in specific program of training for management and leaderships which provided for government officers during the pandemic. The study considered observation, literature review, and questionnaire to assess aspects of strengths and weaknesses in adopting the method. The focus of study includes the phases of coaching process in the formulation of change action for the improvement of public service performance (APKPP). The result shows that the majority of participant respondents accepted that the online coaching is flexible in terms of schedule and place. Most participant also agreed that the coaching provides clear guidance and support the formulation of the APKPP. The findings supports the effectiveness and efficiency of learning on the basis of online, even though greater efforts are needed to improve digital literacy particularly from the side of Coach. Realistically, the pandemic adopts this “future trend method” earlier.
- ItemPengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Pelatihan terhadap Peningkatan Ketrampilan Kerja(PPMKP, 2020-09) HARAHAP, Yusni Emilia; PPMKPThis research aims to discuss about the influences of training and training motivation towards work skills. It is used and quantitative research with regression models. This research used data primary and secondary data. Data collected by observation, interview and spreading questionare to 73 THL employees on PPMKP Ciawi Bogor. Analysis data used path analysis with a single path. The result of this research is training has positive and significant influence towards work skills with coefficient values 0,745. Motivation has positive and significant influence towards work skills with with coefficient value 0,416. PPMKP Ciawi should further develop the provision of training consisting of On The Job Training which can provide job rotation, work practices and get better job guidance, and Off The Job Training which provides workshops, classroom training, and time periods for each training so that can improve employee work skills at work, further enhance work skills to employees in completing their work for example by increasing their knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to meet work standards in the organization, further improving employee performance in organizations that consist of completing work in accordance with the standard time set by the organization, the work is completed with the utmost care and accuracy, and the service is in accordance with the target organization. The researcher suggests that other researchers conduct further research with the same object but the research variables are different from the variables used in this study. Thus, PPMKP Ciawi has sufficient references in order to improve employee performance through improving work skills.
- ItemPeran Kredibilitas Narasumber dalam internalisasi Materi Pelatihan Daring(PPMKP, 2020-09) HARAHAP, Yusni Emilia; PPMKPThe role of resource persons in a training is often underestimated, it seems even less prepared in setting their presence. The usage of various resource persons for training is sometimes confusing, misleading and giving uncertainty. This conditions has resulted the material internalization process is not in accordance with the training objectives. It is therefore, the presence of credible resource persons is very important to ensure that the process of internalizing training materials is consistent with the purpose, so that the trainees are also confident and trusting. The problem statement in this research was to identity whether there was significant influence between the credibility of resource persons toward the internalization of training materials within the trainees. The research shows positive and significant correlations between the credibility of resource persons toward the internalizations within trainees.
