    To find out and Adoption Processes in disseminating a locality techniques of succulent plant, to identify the model of succulent plant locality Tehnology of famili farmers group langensari village,Kecamatan Lembang The purpose of writing is to know the process of diffusion and adoption, identify the performance of local technology Succulent plants in the farmer group Famili Kec. Lembang, The research research method used is descriptive (exploration) with a qualitative approach using primary data both qualitative and quantitative data A case study was conducted on the farmers of sukulen plant in famili farmers group in Langensari Village,Kecamatan Lembang. The data Collection methods were conducted by observation and direct interview with 15 Sukulen plant farmers finding of research showed that Diffusion and Adoption Processes in disseminating a locality technique of succulent plant in Family farmers group Langnsari Village. Kecamatan Lembang has been implemented appropriately The currently developing model of the locality technology of succulent plant cultural technique till postharvest stage. An alternative for enhancing the role of agricultural extension workers are expected to be capable of implementing extension according to their duties and functions completely.Although they don't familiar with such cultural technique but they are expected to guide and lad in managing their group.
