dc.descriptionPenelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui luas minimum usahatani bunga krisan potong yang harus ditetapkan, apabila target pendapatan petani pertahun sebesar US$ 2000 sampai US$ 3500. Kegiatan penelitian ini merupakan survei lapangan usahatani bunga krisan potong di Kecamatan Parongpong, Bandung, Jawa Barat yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Desember 2003. Hasil analisis biaya dan pendapatan usahatani krisan menunjukkan bahwa pada skala usaha rataan rumah tangga petani seluas 2.237,5 m2 diperoleh pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp.24.426.500,- dalam 4 bulan atau Rp.73.279.500,- dalam setahun. Jika pendapatan usahatani dalam setahun hanya diharapkan sebesar Rp.29.750.000,- (US$ 3500), maka luas usahatani krisan minimum yang diperlukan adalah 908,39 m2. Sementara itu untuk mencapai pendapatan sebesar Rp.17.000.000,- (US$ 2000), diperlukan usahatani krisan minimum seluas 519,08 m2.Economic analysis of minimum land area for chrysanthemum farming system. The purpose of the research was to find out the minimum land area of chrysanthemum farm for targeted yearly revenue of US$ 2000 to US$ 3500. The research was conducted directly in the region of Parongpong Bandung, West Java, from July to December 2003. The results showed that based on cost benefit analysis with land area of 2,237.5 m2 could provide profit Rp.24,426,500,- within 4 months or Rp. 73,279,500,- a year. Based on minimum land area of chrysanthemum farm, if the expected net profit Rp.29,750,000,- (US $ 3500) the land area for chrysanthemum farm was only 908.39 m2. Meanwhile, to reach the expected net profit Rp.17.000.000,- (US$ 2000) a year, the minimum land area was 519.08 m2.en-US
