dc.description.abstractAgriculture is an important sector for developing a country to fulfill food needs, the agricultural sector is also a sector that absorbs a lot of labor. In its journey, farmers as the main actors are a source of knowledge and experience that can be utilized to develop agriculture in Indonesia in particular. It is time for a farmer to study with farmers so that there is an ease in transferring knowledge. However, with the development of the era of work as a farmer is not interesting to be cultivated, so the need for the support of relevant agencies and farmers who are members of farmer groups to be able to increase “the love” of the millennials generation and convince the millennial that farming is a business that can be calculated. It takes creativity from the heads of farmer groups to be able to attract the interest of the wider community, which is supported by the sophistication of agricultural technology, expertise, and knowledge that can be realized in a training activity for millennials to want to grow crops and become a training center (P4S). Full support must also be provided through the Regional Government and the Central Government in this case the Ministry of Agriculture which is the executor to be able to develop agricultural resources, especially in Semarang, Central Java.en_US
