dc.description | Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh inokulasi cendawan mikoriza arbuskula terhadap pertumbuhan bibit batang bawah jeruk, mulai Oktober 2002 sampai Februari 2003 yang bertempat di rumahkasa Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Solok. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah acak kelompok dengan tiga ulangan dan 10 perlakuan jenis CMA yang meliputi Glomus manihotis, Scutellospora heterogama, Gigaspora margarita, Gigaspora roseae (FL-105), Glomus etunicatum, Acaulospora tuberculata. Gigaspora roseae (Giro-EC), CMA dari perakaran manggis asal Padang, CMA dari perakaran manggis asal Sijunjung, dan kontrol tanpa CMA. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, jumlah spora, dan infeksi CMA pada akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua perlakuan CMA pada umumnya dapat memacu pertumbuhan bibit jeruk JC, kecuali CMA G. roseae (Giro-EC) dan CMA dari perakaran manggis asal Sijunjung. Cendawan mikoriza arbuskula G. manihotis merupakan CMA yang terbaik karena dapat memacu pertumbuhan bibit batang bawah jeruk secara nyata dibandingkan dengan kontrol. The influence of arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (AMF) on the seedling growth of JC citrus cultivar. The experiments was conducted at a screenhouse of Indonesian Fruits Research Institute, Solok from October 2002 to February 2003. The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with three replications and 10 kinds of AMF, i.e. Glomus manihotis, Scutellospora heterogama, Gigaspora margarita, Gigaspora roseae (FL-105), Glomus etunicatum, Acaulospora tuberculata, Gigaspora roseae (Giro-EC), AMF of mangosteen root system derived from Padang, AMF of mangosteen root system derived from Sijunjung, and without AMF as control. The parameters observed were plant height, leaves number, stem diameter, number of spores, and root infection percentage of AMF. The results indicated that all of AMF application could stimulate the growth of JC citrus seedling, except G. roseae (Giro-EC) and AMF of mangosteen root system derived from Sijunjung, Glomus manihotis was the best AMF to speed up the growth of citrus rootstock. | en-US |
