Surveilans Brucellosis di Madura Tahun 2017 dan Rencana Strategis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Hewan Geographical Information System (GIS)

Abstract
Brucellosis is a disease of economic and reproductive disorder that is zoonotic and has an impact on the productivity of cattle population in Madura. Laboratory UPT Livestock Breeding and Animal Health Madura Animal Husbandry Office of East Java Province in collaboration with Veterinary Center Wates Jogjakarta has been conducting surveillance brucellosis since 2011-2017. Madura Island declared free against Brucellosis in cattle according to Minister of Agriculture Decree no. : 237 / Kpts. / PD.650 / 4/2015 issued on April 7, 2015, on the statement of Madura Island, East Java Province free from bucellosis disease in Madura cattle. Surveillance in 2017 aims to monitor the Madura region to maintain brucellosis-free status in Madura cattle, early warning system and run a national animal health information system. Surveillance in 2017 is using the method of Sampling for Detect Disease in four districts of Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan and Sumenep. Examination of madura cow serum samples by Rose Bengat Test (RBT) was followed by Complement Fixation Test (CFT) and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with a target sample of 3,000 head of cattle. The realization of implementation from January to December 2017 has been tested as many as 3,000 samples of madura calf serum with negative results of brucellosis (p <0.05) and prevalence of 0.0% (table 1). If there is a positive test result RBT will be confirmed on BBVet Wates for CFT and PCR test. Then the results of collaboration with Veterinary Center Wates Jogjakarta has tested as many as 1,000 tails and with the result 1000 Brucellosis negative samples (p <0,05) with prevelansi 0,0% (table 2). Sample data processing information system using infolab as basic data isihknas 2017. To know the potential of incident and spreading pattern after free Madura brucellosis determination using spatial data base and map appearance descriptively combined with Data Management Investigation Mobile (MAGPI) data system which is compatible with Geographic Information System (GIS).
