dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behaviour, at the Civil Service Center for Education and Training of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Yogyakarta Regional. The population used in this study were 107 Civil Servants at the Center for Human Resource Development at the Yogyakarta Regional Ministry of Home Affairs. While the research sample was taken by all employees using the census method so that the total sample of the study was 107 employe es. The analysis model used in this research is descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program. 21. The results of the study found that Percieve organizational support had a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviouren_US
