dc.description.abstract | Climate change is an ongoing issue and has significantly impacted human life in the aspects of health, food, socio-culture, environment and global biodiversity. As one of the goals in sustainable development to combat climate change, well-planned climate actions are needed, green policies are needed, integrated climate action implementation and awareness and capacity building programs on climate change are needed. The Civil Servant and Training Institutions have an important role to play in realizing sustainable development. This paper describes the concept of sustainable development and the roles of ASN (Civil Servant) and Training Institutions to accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. From this paper, it is concluded that a new approach is needed in the management and implementation of current training so that it can answer the issue of climate change and the actions that can be taken at the Training Institute. | en_US |
