dc.descriptionThe development of coffee production needs to be supported by technological readiness, so that appropriate agricultural tools and machines (alsintan) are needed in the post-harvest processing of coffee. This study aims to identify the design drawing of a dry coffee grinder, produce a dry coffee grinder, and perform a performance test of the BEJE GLK 20 type dry coffee grinder. The research method used is a qualitative approach using a description method that explores and examines in depth the process activities. dry coffee grinder production. The manufacturing process for the dry coffee grinding machine has been successfully carried out by following the design that has been made and the stages in accordance with the machine design rules. dc.descriptionPerkembangan produksi kopi yang cukup pesat perlu didukung dengan kesiapan teknologi, sehingga diperlukan alat dan mesin pertanian (alsintan) yang tepat guna dalam proses pengolahan pascapanen kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambar rancangan mesin giling kopi kering, memproduksi mesin giling kopi kering, dan melakukan uji kinerja mesin giling kopi kering tipe BEJE GLK 20. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskripsi yang menggali dan menelaah secara mendalam kegiatan proses produksi mesin giling kopi kering. Proses pabrikasi kegiatan mesin giling kopi kering telah berhasil dilakukan dengan mengikuti rancangan yang telah dibuat dan tahapan sesuai dengan kaidah perancangan mesin. Hasil analisis daya penggilingan kopi kering dengan tenaga 0,835 kW (1,12 HP) diperoleh kapasitas gigi penggiling kopi sebesar 8,76 kg/jam dari total kapasitas luaran sebesar 58,2 kg/jam.id-ID
