dc.description | ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pakan alternatif dari limbah restoran fermentasi terhadap performan ayam kampung super dan untuk mengetahui frekwensi terbaik pemberian pakan alternatif limbah restoran.fermentasi untuk menghasilkan performan ayam kampung super yang bagus Variabel penelitian untuk mengetahui performan ternak ayam kampung, adalah konsumsi pakan, Pertambahan Bobot Badan, Bobot Hidup umur Panen, Mortalitas, FCR (Feed Conversi ratio), Persentase Karkas. Rancangan Penelitian menggunakan Rrancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) , menggunakan empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan , dengan menggunakan Ayam kampung sebanyak 100 ekor mulai dari DOC (Day Old Chick) sampai umur 10 minggu yang terbagi 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan dan masing masing ulangan terdiri dari 5 ekor ayam sehingga setiap perlakuan masing-masing membutuhkan 25 ekor ayam kampung. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) pada taraf signifikasi 0.05 dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar perlakuan dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil analisis Perlakuan menunjukkan hasil berbeda sangat nyata (P < 0,01) terhadap variabel konsumsi pakan , pertambahan bobot badan , bobot badan umur panen ,FCR. Sedangkan Perlakuan menunjukkan hasil berbeda nyata (P < 0,05) terhadap variabel persentase karkas. Berdasarkan angka rata rata masing masing variabel hasil tertinggi dari perlakuan P2 dan mempunyai angka FCR yang terendah atau efisien. Hasil Perlakuan P2 menunjukkan performan ayam kampung super yang paling bagus yaitu dengan perlakuan pakan alternatif campuran ( 50 % limbah restoran + 15 % bekatul difermentasi ) + jagung 15 % + 20 % konsentrat. Frekwensi pemberian pakan fermentasi diberikan satu minggu 3 kali. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of alternative feeds from fermented restaurant waste on the performance of native chickens super and to determine the best frequency of feeding alternative feeds for restaurant waste. Body Weight Gain, Live Weight at Harvest, Mortality, FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), Carcass Percentage. The study design used a completely randomized design (CRD), using four treatments and five replications, using 100 free-range chickens starting from DOC (Day Old Chick) until the age of 10 weeks which was divided into 4 treatments and 5 replications and each replication consisted of 5 chickens so that each treatment required 25 free-range chickens. Analysis of the data used was ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) at a significance level of 0.05 using the SPSS 16 program. Duncan's further test was carried out to determine the differences between treatments. The results of the treatment analysis showed a very significant difference (P < 0.01) on the variables of feed consumption, body weight gain, body weight at harvest age, FCR. Meanwhile, the treatment showed significantly different results (P < 0.05) on the carcass percentage variable. Based on the average number of each variable, the highest yield from the P2 treatment and has the lowest or efficient FCR number. The results of the P2 treatment showed that the performance of native chicken super free-range was the best with mixed alternative feed treatment (50% restaurant waste + 15% fermented bran) + 15% corn + 20% concentrate.
