dc.description.abstractYield potential of sweet patato clones on red-yellow podsolic soil in South Kalimantan. An experiment on yield potential of sweet patato clones was conducted on red-yellow podzolic soil at Bumi Asih, Tanah Laut regency, South Kalimantan, in wet season of 1992/93. The objective of this experiment was to obtain sweet patato clone/variety that yield higher than Mendut variety. The research was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. Fertilized used were 2 t of manure + 90 kg N + 60 kg P20S + 60 kg K20 per ha. Before planting, lime was applied at rate of 1 tlha. The results showed that two clones had higher yield than Mendut variety were TW/395-6 clone and C-N clone.en_US
