dc.description.abstractThis paper explores work competency requirements in the new normal, which is an era that occurs after the COVID-19 outbreak through a conceptual approach that will discuss how to prepare individuals for times of uncertainty, change and challenges they are most likely to face during the new normal. A new framework for the ability to work under normal conditions is proposed with a toolkit to ensure we remain resilient in the face of various conditions and demands during a significant transformation period in the new normal era. This paper also tries to open up new studies that will support work skills and competency development training planners in the future.en_US
