dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Kegiatan penelitian Uji Adaptasi Calon Varietas Hibrida Jagung Kaya Anti Oksidan di Kampar dilaksanakan pada lahan kering di Desa Pangkalan Baru Kecamatan Siak Hulu dari bulan Maret sampai Juni 2017. Sebanyak 10varietas/galur yang diujicobakan yaitu PMU(S1)Synt.F.C1-2-3, PMU(S1)Synt.F.C1-5-4-6-#, PMU(S1)D.C0-3-1, PPH.FS.C1-8-10-3-#, PPH.FS.C1-11-10, , PPH(S1).C1-2-4-#, PPH(S1).C1-3-4-1, PPH(S1).C1, PNU(S1).C0, Bima 13Q (chek). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan vegetatif dan komponen hasil dan hasil. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan uji varians (uji F). Jika hasil uji variansi menunjukkan beda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produktivitas semua kandidat (9 galur) mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai varietas. Kelebihan dari 9 galur tersebut adalah jagung yang mengandung cukup tinggi anthosianin. Kata Kunci: Galur, hibrida, jagung, anti oksidan ABSTRACT The research of adaptation of antioxidant corn variety candidates was conducted in dry land, Desa Pangkalan Baru, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Region, from March to June 2017. Randomized block design (RBD) were used consisting of 10 varieties are treatments namely PMU(S1)Synt.F.C1-2-3, PMU(S1)Synt.F.C1-5-4-6-#, PMU(S1)D.C0-3-1, PPH.FS.C1-8-10-3-#, PPH.FS.C1-11-10, PPH(S1).C1-2-4-#, PPH(S1).C1-3-4-1, PPH(S1).C1, PNU(S1).C0, Bima 13Q (chek). Each treatment was repeated three times. Parameters on this research were plant growth, yield components and yield. Data were analyzed by Variance (F-Test), if the result of variance analysis showed the real difference then continued by Duncant Multiple Range Test (DMRT)). The results showed that productivy of 9 lines are potential to be new superior varieties. The 9 lines contains high anthosianin. Keyword: line, hybrids, corn, anti oxidant | en_US |
