dc.description | ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan kultivar markisa yang toleran terhadap penyakit layu fusarium. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Tanaman Buah Berastagi mulai bulan Januari sampai Desember 2004. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah acak kelompok dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu (1) kultivar markisa (markisa sambung, markisa asam asal Deli Serdang, markisa asam asal Simalungun, dan markisa asam asal hutan), (2) Trichoderma koningii (tanpa T. koningii/kontrol dan dengan T. koningii). Hasil yang telah diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kultivar markisa asam asal Deli Serdang merupakan kultivar yang tahan terhadap layu fusarium dengan persentase dan intensitas penyakit layu sebesar 0%. Trichoderma koningii mampu menekan persentase layu fusarium sebesar 15% dan menekan intensitas penyakit layu sebesar 8,4% dari kontrol.ABSTRACT. Saragih, Y. S., F. H. Silalahi, and A. E. The experiment was conducted at Fruit Plantation Experiment Garden Berastagi, since January-December 2004. The experiment was set up in a randomized block design with 3 replications. The treatments were 2 factors (1) cultivars of passionfruit (grafting, Deli Serdang cultivar, Simalungun cultivar, cultivar from the forest), (2) Trichoderma koningii (without T. koningii/control and with T. koningii). The results indicated that cultivar from Deli Serdang was resistant to fusarium wilt disease with 0% of with intensity and percentage of disease incident. Trichoderma koningii was able to suppress fusarium wilt disease incident up to 15% and disease intensity up to 8.4% compare to control. | en-US |
