Feasibility study of cananga distillation industry in Cirebon and Kuningan districts, West JavaThe study was carried out at Cirebon and Kuningan districts, West Java in 1987 in order to evaluate the financial feasibility of cananga destilation industry and to asses the survival of the firm caused by changing of the price. Break even point analysis indicated that a canaga processing industry is still profitable in terms of the raw material that are readily available in those two districts. However based on financial analysis the processing industry in Kuningan was not feasible as the profitability was lower than the annual interest rate, while in Cirebon the industry would be feasible. Ten percents depreciation coused the feasibility level in Kuningan could not be defensible, while in Cirebon would be defensible.
