Abstract
Group dynamics is a group consisting of two or more individuals who have a clear psychological relationship between members of one another that can take place in situations that are experienced together. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview to the facilitators who often teach Group Dynamics learning to find out how effective Group Dynamics learning is virtually using Zoom Meeting media (Effectiveness). This study uses qualitative research methods usin g data collection techniques using observation. In this case, the observation used in this study is a complete participatory observation in which the researcher is directly involved in the activities of the person being observed. In this study, the researchers observed the following results from this study: In group dynamics learning virtually observed by researchers, the constraints of unpreparedness of the teacher or facilitator in teaching group dynamics learning virtually using zoom meetings were almost non- existent. The aura or boisterous atmosphere that comes out of participants who take Group Dynamics learning is virtually different or not same as the aura or atmosphere when Group Dynamics learning is carried out classically or face-to-face. Enthusiasm is present and felt. This can be seen from all the participants who are willing and enthusiastic to participate in Group Dynamics learning from introductions to entering the games they are playing. In terms of participant involvement in Group Dynamics learning virtually using zoom meetings, based on the researchers' observations, this has been achieved. In that sense, all participants are indeed involved in learning such as following directions given by the facilitator or group dynamics teacher.
