Karakter Morfofisiologi Daun Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L.) pada Perbedaan Pupuk Melalui Metode Minus One Test

[Morpho-physiologcal Characters of Okra Leaf (Abelmoschus esculentus L.) on Various Different Application of Fertilizers through Minus One Test]Buah okra dikenal sebagai bahan pangan fungsional karena mengandung serat pangan tak larut dan larut, serta mengandung metabolit sekunder berupa senyawa fenolik dan  flavonoid yang bersifat antioksidan. Salah satu faktor penentu dalam budidaya tanaman okra adalah pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan informasi tentang pengaruh pemupukan dengan metode minus one test terhadap karakter morfofisiologi daun okra. Percobaan dilaksanakan di tanah latosol di Kebun Percobaan IPB Leuwikopo, Dramaga, Bogor (250 m dpl.) pada bulan Juli – Oktober 2018. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam percobaan  ini ialah Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) dengan satu faktor tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan pemupukan terdiri atas tanpa pemupukan, NPK + pupuk kandang, NPK, NP (-K), NK (-P), dan PK (-N). Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa nilai peubah morfologi yang diamati tidak berbeda nyata antarperlakuan. Peubah fisiologi yang berbeda nyata ditemukan pada hara Mg. Secara umum belum dapat ditentukan satu unsur hara terpenting yang terbukti dapat menjadi pembatas bagi morfofisiologi daun okra. Nilai rerata karakteristik daun dan laju pertumbuhan pada tanaman okra yang mendapat perlakuan tanpa pemupukan dan kurang N lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya. KeywordsOkra (Abelmoschus esculentus L); Morfologi daun; PupukAbstractOkra fruit is known as a functional food mainly because it contains insoluble and soluble food fiber, and have secondary metabolites such as phenolics, and flavonoids that have antioxidant effects. Fertilization is one of the determining factors in for plant growth, but the limiting nutrient involving plant growth and production has not well known yet. This study was conducted using minus one test on NPK fertilization. The objectives of this research are to obtain information about the effect of fertilization with the minus one test method on the morphophysiological character of okra leaves. The experiment was carried out in latosol soil in the IPB Leuwikopo Experiment Garden, Dramaga, Bogor (250 m asl, ) in July – October 2018. The experimental design used in this experiment was the Randomized Complete Group Design (RCBD) with one factor and three replications. Fertilization treatment consisted of no fertilization, NPK + manure, NPK, NP (-K), NK (-P), and PK (-N). The results showed, that morphological values were not significantly different between treatments. Significantly different among the physiological variables were found in the results of Mg nutrient analysis. Generally, that one important nutrients that could be a limitation for the growth of okra plants could not be determined. There were indication, that based on the average value of leaf characteristics and growth rate, okra plants that were treated without fertilization and minus N tended to be lower compared to other treatments.
