Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between The self-efficacy and innovativeness in the scope of The Counseling Agency and Human Resources Development of Agriculture (BPPSDMP), The Ministry of Agriculture. This research was carried out in 10 BPPSDMP Technical Implementation Units (UPT), Ministry of Agriculture. The research method uses a survey method with a correlational approach. The study population was determined by 177 Widyaiswara with a sample size of 123 Widyaiswara who were determined by proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics are used to test the hypothesis using simple and regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is revealed that: There is a very significant positive relationship between The Self-Efficacy and The Innovativeness of Widyaiswara, with a correlation coefficient (ryx₁ ) of 0.647, the coefficient of determination (r₂ yx₁ ) of 0.418, and supported by simple linear regression Ŷ = 7,720+ 0.868X2. Thus it can be concluded The innovativeness of Widyaiswara can be increased through The Self Efficacy.
