Abstract
The expectation for the Directorate General of Taxes as a source of state revenue is very high. However, like any other workplace, stress at work is a very common phenomenon, some of which even lead to deviant behavior. This study aims at determining the impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on counterproductive behavior at work of the Account Represantatives (AR) at KPP Pratama XYZ. The approaches used in this analysis are a quantitative-descriptive approach to describe employees' perceptions of the level of work stress, and a relational approach that relates one variable to another. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire sent to all 141 AR at KPP Pratama XYZ (census). The results show significant positive effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload, both individually and in combination of the three variables on counterproductive AR behavior in the workplace. As such, the factors that cause the occurrence of these three variables if managed properly will reduce the possibility of counterproductive behavior in the workplace.
