Abstract
The research aims to describe the reaction of product users how the level of product user satisfaction in the Administrative Staff Training Center and Religious Training Centers throughout Indonesia. The type of research applied is quantitative and qualitative descriptive research (mix method). The method of data acquisition in the form of survey method. The instrument was used in the form of: product user assessment, and product satisfaction evaluation questionnaire on 126 respondents, namely the Head of Education and Training Center, Section Chief, lecturers and potential staff at 14 Religious Training Centers. Data analysis method in the form of quantitative descriptive analysis by presenting a graph. In addition to data in the form of numbers, the results of the study also illustrate the level of product user satisfaction through a description of the open questionnaire data. The results of the analysis illustrate the level of user satisfaction with the product, satisfying the syllabus curriculum variable category, the value of 86.22, the satisfactory category module, the value of 85.03, and the Guide to the category satisfying the value of 86.94. So the results of the evaluation of the satisfaction value and the effectiveness level of education products 86.06 with the category "satisfactory". The recommendation of the research interview is that the product of the Training Center for Administrative Staff Training Center can be implemented and development needs to be carried out due to new regulations that must be applied in developing competencies and policy makers.
